A specialist with a great product

Acrylicon UK is a nationwide licensed installer of AcryliCon® resin floors and walls, with more than 20 years' experience. Their floors go into food factories, engineering plants, commercial kitchens, pharmaceutical sites, hangars and retail — anywhere a floor has to be tough, hygienic and back in use fast.

It's a small team: the owner leads sales and surveys, with operations, a sales role, a part-time caller and a part-time marketer.

Lots of calls, not enough of the right ones

Unqualified lists

Calling worked through long lists with no research on whether a company needed a floor.

No clear target

Every business was treated the same, whatever its sector, size or timing.

Marketing by hand

LinkedIn posts written from scratch each week, squeezed into limited hours.

Understand first. Then build.

Nothing was automated until we understood how the business wins and runs its work.

What Adam says

Michael started by working with us to pin down exactly who our ideal customers are — that changed how we approach sales and marketing. From there, our caller gets a researched list of the right companies every week, and our LinkedIn posts are written for us from our own projects, all running on our own system. He rebuilt our website too. Practical, clear and easy to work with.
